Q. How are these planters different?
A. Every leg has been especially cut to provide a slot and stop on each side this allows the panels to be fitted easily on any side of the leg.
Q. Can I build a planter wider than 1345mm.
A. Yes it's possible to keep adding panels and legs until you achieve the size and shape you require.
Q. Do I have to buy a base for my planter?
A. No if you don't require a base, or for that matter any other part of the planter, you can use the Extra's Order Form to buy the parts you require to complete your project.
Q. How easy are they to put together?
A. Very simple and quick to fix together. All fixings supplied are twinthread screws (we have avoided complicated wardrobe type fixings).
Q. What tools do I need?
A. Unless you are building something very complex you will need a tape measure and screwdriver, we strongly recommend a cordless or electric screwdriver.
Q. What are the planters made from?
A. Legs are 70mm x 70mm pine and the panels are made from 18mm thick pine tongue & groove which is fully framed.
Q. If I send you a sketch of my project can you let me know what I will need...and how much.
A. Yes, if you send us a sketch drawing showing the relevant measurements etc we can give you a quote.
Q. Are these planters suitable for commercial use?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I buy my planter untreated.
A. Yes
Q. I've bought my planter but I now wish to add to it...can I do this?
A. Yes extra panels, legs and bases can be ordered using the Extra's Order Form
Q. How long is delivery?
A. Slot&Fix is usually within 21 day's of order, ready made can take a little longer.
