Gardenplanter are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998) and according to the which? web trader code of practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details, which will be destroyed once the payment process is completed.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will never pass your details on for any purpose without your prior consent and we will give you the chance to refuse marketing email from ourselves. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at info@gardenplanters.co.uk. If you should find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the which? web trader code. We will not transfer your details outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Ordering on the Website
Ordering with Gardenplanter is simple. When you have decided which product you want to order, click on the order button or select from the drop down lists on the webpage and you will be taken to the secure shopping cart. On this page you will see what you have selected and you can change quantities and details on this page. Once you are happy with your selections you will be taken to an information page which will confirm your order and take your name and address details for delivery. You will then be given a total cost of your purchases including the standard delivery charge and you will be able to select your preferred method of payment, (credit/debit card or cheque). If you elect to pay by credit/debit card you will be transferred to the WorldPay plc secure online credit card facility to complete your payment. When your order is placed you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation detailing your order. When your order is received by Gardenplanter we will then check the details and email you a final confirmation together with delivery date.
Ordering by Phone, Fax or Email
Although we use a secure shopping site which is completely private, if you feel more comfortable we will be happy to take your order via telephone, fax, email or post.
How Long Will The Order Take?
Your order is processed as soon as your payment is received, and the majority of orders are shipped within 14 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days as your order is made by hand and to order on a first come first served basis.
In all circumstances the delivery date will be given within 72 hours of order. In all circumstances should the delivery date not be met the customer will be offered a full refund.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made with the following credit and debit cards.Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard , Visa Debit , Switch , Solo, Delta, JCB.
We also accept orders with payment by Cheque. At the checkout just select Cheque as your payment method. Follow the prompts on the last screen to print out your order which you should then send with your payment to us. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to be processed.
Returns Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your goods, however, in the event of you feeling that it is necessary to return the goods we will try to keep the process as simple as possible.
You can return your goods in their original condition to Gardenplanter (Admin), 35 New Road Brading Sandown Ilse of Wight PO36 0AH within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
If you return goods to us in their original condition within 7 days we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods.
If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is deemed to be our fault, we will refund all payments made to us and also pay for the return carriage. In all instances please contact us by e-mail or telephone before returning goods and we will advise you how you should return the goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints Policy
Gardenplanter is committed to providing the highest quality and the very best in customer service. If you are unhappy with either the product or the service received, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Your queries will be acknowledged within 5 days and if it is not possible to resolve your query immediately, you will be informed of the timescale anticipated to resolve the problem.
Carriage Charges
Our standard carriage charge is £12.95 on total order and is displayed throughout the web-site. Carriage on bespoke items and fence panels is by quotation.
Shipping Methods
We use specialist carriers for most deliveries who are able to deliver on most weekdays, this lets us work with the customer to find a suitable delivery day that will suite YOU the customer. We are also able to pass specific delivery instruction on to the carrier should the customer require. (i.e. leave in garage) DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND ONLY.
